We reached out to Khudeja after weeks of rocking our daughter to sleep for naps and bedtime. Sometimes it would take us 3 or 4 hours at night to get her to sleep. The night before starting the sleep coaching program, I cried, fearful that our daughter would struggle and we would be profoundly challenged. Could she really fall sleep, in her crib, on her own - and stay asleep? My husband and I couldn't be more proud of our daughter. As young as she was when we did the program (11 weeks) she taught us that by rocking her, we had actually been inhibiting her natural, glorious, ability to fall asleep on her own and sleep soundly. Khudeja was very supportive throughout the program and helped us problem solve as different situations arose. It just so happens that we had a fire alarm in the middle of the night about halfway through the program. Our daughter woke with a start, but didn't cry. We spent about an hour outside, waiting for the all clear. When we got back into our unit, we changed her diaper and put her back in her crib. She cried for 10 seconds and then fell asleep. We were shocked. My husband said, "I'm a believer"! It has been the best thing we've done as young / first time parents.

After several months of having a sliver of my own bed to sleep on each night, I took the step to contact Khudeja to see if my very attached 18-month-old would be able to sleep in her crib again. To get our sleep and sanity back we had resorted to co-sleeping. A year later, three was getting to be a crowd in our queen size bed.
Khudeja listened to our issue and reassured and us guided us through each step of sleep training. There is nothing easy about sleep training and Khudeja was always there with support and encouragement through the toughest times. She was a real cheerleader for our daughter to have good sleep, and of course us as well. Our daughter now goes to sleep in her crib and sleeps through the night. She is able to sleep in her crib at nap time and bedtime with little to no fussing. We feel like we have a semblance of our "without kids" life back and am much more well rested because of it. I will be forever grateful to Khudeja for her wisdom and guidance and empowering us with sleep knowledge for now and the future to come!

We used Khudeja to sleep train our 5-month-old last year and she helped us get him to sleep through the night (12 hours) and all his naps without his soother, constant feedings and needing to be rocked to sleep. He is now a year and a half old and we haven't had any problems with his sleep since. He transitioned smoothly thorough all his nap changes as well as developmental milestones without any sleep interruptions and we have never experienced a sleep regression. I heard about Sweet Dreams through Mommy Connections, and I couldn't wait to hire Khudeja. My 4-month-old was refusing to sleep in her crib, and would only fall asleep by rocking and using a soother, and she would only nap for 30 mins at time, in my arms. I couldn't believe how quickly her sleep improved! The first night of the program she slept in her crib with no soother, and was even napping in her crib the next day without any rocking! By 3 days she was sleeping through the night on her own and having 3-4 naps during the day in her crib!
